Digital Stories

I love hearing people's stories. I can spend hours with my grandparents just listening to their journeys. I think everyone has a story to tell. My mom and grandfather are journalists, and this year my mom is teaching me how to tell stories using interviews, documentaries, and vertical video.

I hope my stories help us understand each other a little better—and understand the world a little better, too.

Why now? 

There are already lots of videos that keep us scrolling. I want to make videos that help us think, learn something new, and go feed life.

Note: My videos are hosted on my mom's YouTube channel so they're easy to watch here on my website.

I love journalism, why? I think that it is such a passionate way to see people's lives. Like in TV shows and movies, we understand the main character because we see their perspective. My mom is a journalist who got ousted by the government! That grew my passion even more, because journalism videos spotlight other people in videos and get a real perspective including a middle school interview that I am doing that is coming up in a few days!
